Heart of Wilmington is a not for profit organization that utilizes the already available resources within the community in the most efficient way, to provide individuals with the most effective and personalized treatment options to help in recovery and overcoming opiate addictions. We will assist the programs that already exist, but lack the necessary funding, to help them better serve the community by mobilizing those who want to help the cause while raising funds and awareness.
